Allandale Real Estate
Allandale is a North Central Austin neighborhood located between Burnet Road and MoPac Expressway to the east and west, respectively, and Anderson Lane and Shoal Creek to the north and the south. Home to some 20,000 residents, Allandale is close enough to downtown Austin to provide easy access, yet just removed enough to offer competitive prices on its real estate.The MoPac Expressway Corridor runs along the western edge of Allandale, offering residents a convenient and time-efficient way to access the commercial and business sectors of Austin.
