Many Austin real estate agents believe that September is a good month to search and purchase a home.  The individuals that have stated this believe September is a good month for a variety of reasons.

First,  with many students back in Austin,  the town has a different atmosphere and attitude than over the summer when many of the students leave.  Also,  the weather becomes more forgiving in September allowing individuals to be outside more.
