2 new condos change Austin skyline

June 10th, 2010

The Austin skyline is slowly changing. Two downtown condominiums have been under construction since 2008, with Austin citizens highly anticipating the opening of the beautiful new skyscrapers. Residents will soon be moving into the 32-floor Four Seasons condominiums at 98 San Jacinto Boulevard. The condos are located next to the Four Seasons hotel and contain many luxurious amenities, including a pool, sundeck, gym, party room and library. Four Seasons condominium residents will also be able to enjoy the many amenities of the Four Seasons hotel at all times including housekeeping and daily linen services.

The Austonian is another luxury condominium being erected in the downtown area. Located on the corner of Congress Avenue and Second Street, it is the tallest condominium west of the Mississippi River. The 188-unit condo has already sold 55 percent of it’s real estate, with living spaces ranging from $400,000 to $4 million.
