The Carvajal Group was started in 2005 out of a strong demand in Texas real estate for quality and service. While attending the University of Texas at Austin, Eric Carvajal began his career in real estate at the age of 19 offering residential services to the local Austin market. During his time as an agent with a local company, Eric found a desire to improve the way real estate transactions were being performed. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and while earning a Master's degree in Accounting, Eric Carvajal went out on his own to start the Carvajal Group.
